Visitors to The Old Cottage B & B, an attractive period property, will receive a very warm welcome and experience a friendly and very comfortable stay. We are situated in Bourne End, approximately 10 minutes' walk from the railway station and the village centre where there are a variety of places to eat. We are within easy reach of London via the M40 or M4 and conveniently situated for Cookham, Marlow, Henley and Windsor. The River Thames and the Thames Path are a short walk way. Nearby attractions include Legoland, Windsor Castle, Cliveden, the Stanley Spencer Gallery and the Ascot & Windsor racecourses.

At The Old Cottage we offer three very comfortable bedrooms (all non-smoking): The 'king' room has a kingsize bed (zip-linked to provide single beds if requested in advance) and en suite shower room; the pretty 'double' room has a 4'6" double bed, vanity basin and balcony, with table and chairs, overlooking the garden and fields beyond; our spacious 'twin' room has a vanity basin and also overlooks the garden to the rear. All bedrooms have TV, Wi-fi, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, bathrobes and a complimentary glass of wine. The 'double' and the 'twin' rooms share the adjacent shower room.
Room rates include a substantial 'continental' breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit salad, toast, jams, juice, endless tea and fresh coffee. A delicious Full English breakfast is also available at £5 pp.
At present we don't have card facilities, so payment is by cheque/cash only. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are sorry we cannot accept pets (we have one friendly cat ourselves) but children are very welcome and we can provide a travel cot or Z-bed for a young child if necessary. Bourne End train station is approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from The Old Cottage; however, we are always happy to pick guests up from the station.

We love what we do here at The Old Cottage and hope to make your stay with us an enjoyable and memorable experience - we look forward to meeting you!
